LAWRENCE LEBO straddles the boundaries of traditional American music, with vocals extraordinaire! Her debut Ep "DON'T CALL HER LARRY, VOL. 1" garnered rave international reviews, college airplay, live performances on such stations as KCRW and KPCC, and live performances sharing the bill with such artists as BOBBY BRADFORD. The Ep's success got the attention of NATIONAL PUBLIC RADIO who featured Ms. LEBO on the WEEKEND EDITION show, hosted by Liane Hansen.
With her second release"DON'T CALL HER LARRY, VOL. 2" LAWRENCE showcases her songwriting and arranging talents along with those spectacular vocals.
Ever the Renaissance Woman, LAWRENCE recently returned to traditional academia. She just graduated from UCLA [Summer 2005] where she had been named a prestegious REGENTS SCHOLAR and a GOLD SHIELD ALUMNI SCHOLAR.
